When I looked surprised at being quoted £10 to sew 3 badges onto a uniform I was told "go sew them on yourself by hand then". Although more than double what I usually pay (£1.50 each badge at a number of other tailors) would have gone ahead for sake of convenience had it not been for the attitude.
